Return Policy for Rock Forth:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Rock Forth, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team by email or phone to request a return authorization number (RMA).
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
Affix the shipping label provided by our customer service team or print your own and attach it to the package.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method.
Refunds:Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to request an exchange authorization number (EMA). Once you have received the EMA, follow the same steps as a return and include the EMA on the shipping label. We will process the exchange as soon as we receive the returned item(s).
